Abstract：The education is the basis of a country. However, the main factor that influences education is the teacher-student relationship. The harmonious teacher-student relationship decides excellent education. This paper starts with teacher-student relationship, analyzes what the teacher-student relationship is and how to establish it. The thesis concludes that the harmonious teacher-student relationship affects English Teaching and Learning in many sides.

摘 要：教育是一国之本,而师生关系是影响教育的主要因素,好的教育取决于师生关系的和谐．本文从师生关系入手,分析了什么是和怎样建立良好的师生关系,得出良好师生关系对英语教学有怎样影响的结论．
