Abstract:This paper discusses the factors of anxiety in English listening comprehension from several aspects, such as psychological factors, listening materials, and improperly listening strategy. It shows that factors, for example lack of confidence, listening skills and unfamiliar with listening materials cause their stress and anxiety. Some useful countermeasures will be taken to help students improve their English listening level.
