Due to the natural environment, social environment and the historical development, China and western country formed two different festival cultures. In today's world multicultural coexistence, under the situation of eastern and western cultures, people reveal the intrinsic value of traditional festival, expand and strengthen its functions from the perspective of the concept of modern society.
