Now more and more parents attach importance to their children's education, highlighting the performance of their children be sent to the tutorial classes to accept all forms of learning, especially for English tutorials. Parents are never tired. This emphasis on the phenomenon of cram school education in large and medium cities is not uncommon. However, do the English tutoring classes really help primary school students achieve a higher level of English achievement? What is the English tutorial? What is the relationship between school English learning and off - campus English Tutoring Education?
