Abstract

With the increasing importance of English in people's life and communication, the ability to speak English has become the standard to measure the person who is talented or not. The new English curriculum standards also put forward new requirements for the students' oral English ability. Therefore, the cultivation of primary school students' oral English ability is widely concerned by the school, parents and the society. Through the analysis of the necessity and existing problems of the cultivation of primary school students' oral English ability, this paper puts forward some strategies for the cultivation of primary school students' speaking skills.
